Rob Edwards, MSW, LGSW, PACC
Executive Director

Rob has been working professionally in the Non-Profit Human Services Sector for the past 16 years and has a background in program development, quality improvement and leadership spanning areas of mental health, child welfare and family services. 

He received his Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota where he was a Child Welfare Scholar and Minnesota Department of Human Services Fellow.  Rob holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Permanency and Adoption Competency (PACC) and served as a committee member on the Minnesota Statewide Foster Care Workgroup. 

In 2012, Rob was awarded the Early Career Excellence Award from NASW-MN and is currently the President Elect of the Minnesota Chapter of NASW.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for AspireMN (formerly the Minnesota Council of Child Caring Agencies).  Rob has presented and trained across the state, nationally and internationally on topics ranging from leadership to ethics and program innovation.


Patty Halvorson, BA Marketing/Communications

Development Director

Patty leads efforts to raise dollars and awareness for the agency through special events, marketing/fundraising appeals, public relations and social media efforts as well as outreach to foundations for funding.  She also manages the agency website and recruits and manages volunteers and outside advocates.

Prior to joining the center, she was a Marketing/Promotions Director for International Dairy Queen and managed their cause partnership with Children’s Miracle Network. 




Beckie Osterman. BS, Managerial Accounting

Director of Finance & Administration

Beckie oversees all financial and administrative operations including: accounting, finance, human resources, and administrative support.



Alyssa Wolf, M.S. Public Health, B.S. Excercise Science

Health & Well-Being Consultant

Alyssa works with the State Health Improvement Program (SHIP) to help make healthy choices easier.  SHIP works with local health care organizations, workplaces, schools and communities to increase physical activity, improve nutrition and reduce the number of people who use tobacco.  SHIP focuses on sustainable changes to policies, systems and environments. 

Alyssa is excited to be working with Bridgeview and Lee Carlson Center's Well-at Work committee on these healthy strategies.      




Donna Cantele
Office Coordinator

Donna helps set up intake appointments for therapists, testing and psychiatry and coordinates new clients with appropriate staff.





Lori Reiners
Billing Coordinator

Lori reviews all Lee Carlson Centers electronic billing records for accuracy before submitting them to the insurance company.  She works with our clients and their insurance companies to make sure we receive payment in a timely manner.






Sue Vang

Executive Assistant

Sue provides administrative and special project support to the marketing, communications and fundraising department as well as the clinical service department and school-linked mental health program. 



Ryan Wessels

Accounting and Benefit Administrator

Ryan is responsible for preparing, posting and reconciling all data for the general ledger. He prepares and processes payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, as well as manages employee benefits.  




Brittani Locker

Administrative Specialist II

Brittani provides front desk and scheduling support to clinic sites as well as billing tasks collaboratively with members of the administrative services team.



Aleah Stenberg

Administrative Specialist II

Aleah provides front desk and scheduling support to clinic sites as well as billing tasks collaboratively with members of the administrative services team.




Candace Brown

Administrative Specialist I

Candace submits electronic billing for all Lee Carlson Center programs. She verifies insurance as well as maintains the client insurance files.
