Rob Edwards, MSW, LGSW, PACC
Executive Director

Rob is a 15 year veteran of the Non-Profit Human Services Community with a background in program development and leadership spanning areas of mental health, child welfare and family services.

He received his Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota where he was a Child Welfare Scholar and Minnesota DHS Fellow.  Rob received a Post-Graduate Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate (PACC) from the University of Minnesota and is a member of the board of directors of the National Association of Social Workers Minnesota Chapter (NASW-MN) currently serving as Vice Chair..  In 2012, Rob was awarded the Early Career Excellence Award from NASW-MN.   He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Council of Child Caring Agencies (MCCCA) and the Anoka County Children & Family Council.   Rob has presented and trained across the state, nationally and internationally on topics ranging from program leadership, supervision, accreditation and program innovation and has recently served as a committee member on the Minnesota Foster Care Workgroup.

Rob believes that systems and relationships begin to heal and transform when we acknowledge past trauma, develop narrative and empower action. As helping professionals we have an opportunity to build trajectory toward autonomy, self-awareness, self-determination and greater well-being in ourselves, our colleagues and our consumers.



Patty Halvorson, BA Marketing/Communications

Development Director

Patty leads efforts to raise dollars and awareness for the agency through special events, marketing/fundraising appeals, public relations and social media efforts as well as outreach to foundations for funding.  She also manages the agency website and recruits and manages volunteers and outside advocates.

Prior to joining the center, she was a Marketing/Promotions Director for International Dairy Queen and managed their cause partnership with Children’s Miracle Network. 


Alyssa Wolf, M.S. Public Health, B.S. Excercise Science

Health & Well-Being Consultant

Alyssa works with the State Health Improvement Program (SHIP) to help make healthy choices easier.  SHIP works with local health care organizations, workplaces, schools and communities to increase physical activity, improve nutrition and reduce the number of people who use tobacco.  SHIP focuses on sustainable changes to policies, systems and environments. 

Alyssa is excited to be working with Bridgeview and Lee Carlson Center's Well-at Work committee on these healthy strategies.      



Donna Cantele
Office Manager

She is the first point of contact in the Fridley clinic.  She helps set up intake appointments for therapists, testing and psychiatry and coordinates new clients with appropriate staff.




Lori Reiners
Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager

She is responsible for the billing side of the new Electronic Medical Records program.   She also handles billing and bookkeeping for the psychiatric division and River Trails Learning Center along with other miscellaneous projects.




Beckie Osterman. BS, Managerial Accounting

Accounting & HR Administrator

Beckie is responsible for preparing, posting, and reconciling all data for the general ledger.  She prepares and processes payroll and accounts payable.  Beckie also manages employee benefits, new hire and terminiation policies and procedures, and delivers staff training for HIPPA and Privacy Rights Compliance.


Sue Vang

Executive Assistant

Sue provides administrative and special project support to the marketing, communications and fundraising department as well as the clinical service department and school-linked mental health program. 


Toni Yurich

Billing/Administrative Specialist

Toni submits electronic billing for all Lee Carlson Center locations.  Aside from billing, she verifies insurance and maintains client insurance files.


Michelle Stordahl

Administrative Specialist

Michelle is the first face you see at the Blaine location. 

She assists with scheduling intake appointments for the therapists that work in the Blaine office and also works on program projects.
