Alyssa has worked at Columbia Heights High School for three years as well as partnered with other schools in Anoka County. Alyssa has experience supporting teenagers through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, adjustment difficulties, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She also has experience working with adults with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness and is trained in DBT.

Meghan has worked in the mental health field since 2006 in a variety of settings including: in-patient, community behavioral health hospital, residential services, and in-home services. When working with clients, she follows a person centered approach with mindfulness, radical acceptance, emotional regulation, and motivational interviewing. Meghan has experience working with adults, 18 and older. She has a special interest in PTSD and Schizophrenia.

Kathleen takes an integrated approach, meaning she likes to utilize strategies from several different therapeutic styles, depending on the issue at hand. She prefers to tailor her approach to each individual as much as possible. When clients are open to it, she often includes the creative arts in therapy in a variety of forms, such as drawing, playing music, or writing poetry.

Kathleen is a board-certified music therapist and has worked in that capacity for 9 years. She plays many instruments, including piano, guitar, accordion, and harp, all of which she has used in providing therapy.
