Housing and CSP Support for Anoka County Residents

Lee Carlson Center’s Housing Support and CSP Services Program offers a flexible package of service opportunities tailored to each client’s specific needs for support.

Anoka County Housing Supportive Services

Housing services include assistance with calling coordinated entry, navigating Section 8 paperwork, searching for apartments, communicating with landlords, and brainstorming short-term, emergency housing options. To access the service clients should inquire about the service with Anoka County.

To qualify for services individuals and families must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Additionally, only individuals with severe mental illness (SMI) or severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) diagnoses who reside in Anoka County can qualify for service.

CSP Services

CSP services include coaching in and assistance with household management, self-care, mental health symptom management and social skills. To access the service, clients should inquire about the service with Anoka County. Clients can only receive this service if they do NOT have Medical Assistance (MA).
