Anoka County Housing Supportive Services

Lee Carlson Center’s CSP/Housing Support Services Program offers a flexible package of service opportunities tailored to each client’s specific needs for support.

CSP Services

CSP services include coaching in and assistance with household management, self-care, mental health symptom management and Social Skills. To access the service, clients should inquire about the service with Anoka County.

Other things to know about CSP services:
Clients can only receive this service if they do NOT have Medical Assistance (MA). 

Housing Services

Housing services include assistance with calling coordinated entry, navigating Section 8 paperwork, searching for apartments, communicating with landlords, and brainstorming short-term, emergency housing options. To access the service clients should inquire about the service with Anoka County.

Other things to know about CSP services:
To qualify for service individuals and families must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Additionally, only individuals with SMI/SPMI diagnoses who reside in Anoka County can qualify for service.
