Jody Mork, MA, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Throughout my extensive experience in mental health, I have remained committed to helping my clients feel safe and comfortable in a therapeutic environment where they can fully engage in the therapy process. I believe in empowering my clients to identify and overcome the challenges in their lives. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy approach.
Mindfulness techniques and self-care are important elements of therapy, and I work with my clients to prioritize these in their daily lives. Each person has their own unique personal story and life experience. I look forward to hearing your story and working together with you to develop a life that is both healthy and fulfilling.
My personal interests include singing to reduce stress and create a sense of joy, reading as a mental escape to quiet my busy mind, and making homemade salsa where I focus on fresh flavors, texture, and spice to share with family and friends.
