Lee Carlson Center for Mental Health and Well-Being has recently been certified as a provider of Adult Mental Health Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS).

Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) are a set of services that were developed to bring restorative, recovery-oriented interventions directly to individuals who have the capacity to benefit from them, whether in their homes or elsewhere in the community. ARMHS includes four components: basic living and social skills, community intervention, medication education, and transitioning to community living. Individuals eligible for ARMHS services are insured by Medicaid and are assessed for eligibility prior to service to determine if a serious mental illness or severe and persistent mental illness is a factor for them.

Our ARMHS Services reach individuals living in Anoka County and Northern Hennepin County.

To learn more or to schedule an intake, call 763-780-3036 or complete the ARMHS Referral Form & Release of Information.
