Clinical Approach
Paul uses both behavioral and cognitive behavioral approaches in working with people. He tend to use an approach where he helps individuals identify problems and issues, then engages in shared problem solving with the individuals.

Clinical Interests
Paul has a broad range of experience in working with issues related to anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illness, special education needs, aging and family therapy.

Hobbies
Paul enjoys boating, fishing, rehab work on homes and maintaining healthy forests.

Clinical Approach
Megan joins clients in therapy with an integrative and supportive approach to counseling, and believes that change happens when we gain awareness and learn to connect our bodies to emotions. She is a trained EMDR provider.

Clinical Interests
Megan's clinical interests include trauma, anxiety, depression, working to cultivate self-compassion, somatic work and EMDR.

Hobbies
Megan loves to travel when possible. She enjoys being outside, both relaxing and trying new outdoor activities. Family time is important to her and she loves being an aunt! Megan is an admirer of fine arts and enjoys reading, painting, drawing and being creative. She loves animals, especially her two cats Max and Shadow, and hopes to one day be more involved in animal rescue.

Troy’s goal as a therapist is to promote inclusive settings where students and families can find the power, wisdom, and courage to overcome obstacles.

Clinical Interests
While at the University of Minnesota, Troy specialized in working with families and children. He has worked with K-12, as well as students within the alternative school setting.

Hobbies
Troy enjoys hanging out with friends or family, video games, and the Korean Sword Art “Haidong Gumdo”.

Jordan's favorite part about her job is building relationships. She believes that creating a safe and supportive environment builds trust and can lead to success.

Clinical Interests
Jordan is currently on track to obtain her LPCC. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Jordan has worked with a variety of diagnosis including: FASD, ASD, and anxiety.

Hobbies
In her free time, Jordan loves to travel and be outdoors. She particularly likes hiking, swimming, and tennis.

Maria values the unique experience of each individual, so she draws on various therapeutic approaches. She believes in working collaboratively with clients to reach their goals through creativity, curiosity, compassion, and a trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship.

Clinical Interests
Maria is currently on track to obtain her LMFT. She works with ages 16 and up. Maria has a special interest in working teenagers, young adults, and their families. Maria's interests include working with clients experiencing difficulties with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, attachment concerns, or family conflict.

Hobbies
Maria enjoys crafts of any sort including puzzles, crocheting, and painting. She enjoys taking her two dogs on many adventures and spending time with family and friends.
