Megan joins clients in therapy with an integrative and supportive approach to counseling, and believes that change happens when we gain awareness and learn to connect our bodies to emotions. She is a trained EMDR provider.

Megan's clinical interests include trauma, anxiety, depression, working to cultivate self-compassion, somatic work and EMDR.

Hobbies
Megan loves to travel when possible. She enjoys being outside, both relaxing and trying new outdoor activities. Family time is important to her and she loves being an aunt! Megan is an admirer of fine arts and enjoys reading, painting, drawing and being creative. She loves animals, especially her two cats Max and Shadow, and hopes to one day be more involved in animal rescue.

Victoria’s clinical interests include adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, emotional concerns, LGBTQ+ issues, and trauma–stress. Victoria is also interested in helping her clients cultivate increased self-compassion and resilience through art- and mindfulness-based practice. Victoria is currently on track to obtain her LPCC.
