We love having our Members Back! Drop-in is great for gaining access to additional services, for socializing, for symptom management and because when you’re at Bridgeview you’re a Member of our Clubhouse Model designed specifically for adults with serious and persistent mental illness.

Community Members can now access support from Lee Carlson Center when they face challenges with homelessness and housing instability.

With the addition of this new services we can now assist individuals with:

  • Planning for, finding, and moving into housing
  • Keep housing after moving in
  • Provide assistance finding financial resources
  • Communication with landlords

County Caseworkers and case managers can refer you to this service if you ask and are qualified.  You may qualify for this service if you:

  • Have medical assistance
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have a disability or disabling condition
  • Are homeless or at risk of homelessness
  • Have a qualifying assessment
