Lee Carlson Center’s Domestic Abuse Program (DAP) uses a person-centered approach to help group members take accountability for abusive behaviors while providing a supportive space for learning about trauma, respect, and empathy. By gaining awareness and insight into their own past trauma, participants can work through feelings of shame, leading to greater accountability and healing.
DAP members typically attend 20 weekly, 2-hour group sessions, or more if required by probation or court order.
All groups are open, ongoing, and continuously accepting new referrals. Make a referral by calling 763-780-3036.
